Mary Robberson is a partner with Higgs Fletcher & Mack. She joined the firm in 1997. Her litigation practice has two main focus areas, commercial litigation and cross-border litigation.
Her commercial practice includes litigation in franchise and general business, as well as judgment enforcement and defense. Her cross-border practice encompasses business litigation involving parties from Spanish speaking countries and transportation/risk litigation.
