Matthew Berger represents employers and management in a wide range of employment and commercial litigation matters. He has experience representing clients in employment-related disputes at the administrative, state and federal court levels, as well as in FINRA arbitrations.
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Matthew served as an associate in the Labor & Employment practice group of a New Jersey-based firm. Before he entered private practice, Matthew clerked in the Staff Attorney’s Office at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
During law school, Matthew interned for a New York City firm in the White Collar & Securities practice, as well as the New York County District Attorney’s Office in the Violent Criminal Enterprises Unit.
In addition, he served as an intern for the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of New York and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Peter W. Hall of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
