Matthew H. Dawson is an associate in King & Spalding’s Business Litigation group, resident in the Silicon Valley office. Mr. Dawson focuses on complex commercial litigation, including matters involving contract and technology licensing disputes, reasonable and non-discriminatory (“RAND”) licensing obligations, misappropriation of trade secrets, fraud, and various other commercial torts.
He has represented both early-stage ventures and Fortune 500 companies in the technology licensing, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical-device industries.
Prior to joining King & Spalding, Mr. Dawson served as law clerk to the Honorable John T. Copenhaver, Jr. in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.
