For more than a decade, Mr. Brown has represented numerous Fortune 50 and 500 companies in complex product and commercial litigation in areas including false claims act and unfair trade practices act claims, government investigations, and actions brought by state attorneys general.
Mr. Brown has managed hundreds of cases in state and federal courts throughout the country, ranging from pre-suit counseling through trial. He also counsels clients in pre- and post-market legal and regulatory risk assessments and strategy.
Mr. Brown has extensive experience coordinating discovery matters for national litigation. In this capacity, he has deposed key fact and expert witnesses; written and argued dispositive and other pre-trial motions; prepared and defended corporate and expert witnesses; and prepared witnesses to testify before a federal grand jury and at trial.
