Matthew J. Gardella represents publicly traded companies and companies on their way to an IPO, especially in capital-raising transactions and mergers and acquisitions. He handles IPOs, private placements, follow-on offerings, and debt offerings for companies whose business depends on well-executed access to the capital markets.

With respect to M&A, he regularly advises companies and their board of directors on both buy and sell-side M&A and other strategic transactions. In addition, Matt counsels public companies on strategy and business-related matters, corporate governance, SEC reporting, and matters affecting officers and directors.

He has served as outside general counsel for publicly traded clients in a broad range of industries, especially life sciences, technology, and media / telecommunications.
