I am an experienced criminal defense and family law attorney serving Northwest Arkansas. I began my law career at Davis Law Firm in Harrison, Arkansas where I practiced criminal law, family law, civil litigation, personal injury law, and probate. While at Davis Law Firm, I found my passion as a criminal defense attorney after our client received a not guilty verdict on the charge of First Degree Murder.
After leaving Davis Law, I joined the Washington County Public Defender’s Office as a Deputy Public Defender in January 2014. I was originally assigned to defend clients in Washington County Circuit Court and Huntsville District Court in Madison County. In 2015, my duties were expanded to include Madison County Circuit Court.
While at the Public Defender’s Office, I defended nine jury trials in under three years. Several of those clients received not guilty verdicts on charges such as Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possess of Drug Paraphernalia, Commercial Burglary, Battery in the Second Degree, and DWI.
In November 2016, I left the Washington County Public Defender’s Office in order to found Dearmore Law Firm, PLLC. I am a graduate of the Sam Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas and the University of Arkansas School of Law.
