Matthew J. Luneack focuses his practice on complex patent litigation before U.S. district courts in the chemical, consumer products, and pharmaceutical fields. He has handled numerous aspects of trial preparation, including conducting expert discovery and handling day-to-day litigation activities. He also has experience in representing pharmaceutical patent holders in litigations arising under the Hatch-Waxman Act.
Before law school, Matthew worked as a research and development intern for Masco Corporation, focusing on the latest plumbing products developed by Delta Faucet Company. His research included studying the effect of various faucet innovations on home water usage in an effort to optimize water conservation.
