
Matthew V. P. McTygue practices private equity and finance law and is the Office Managing Partner of the Firm’s Boston office. Matt has extensive experience representing private equity and venture capital firms, investors, commercial lenders and private companies in a broad range of business and financing transactions, including leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, private equity financings, senior, mezzanine and venture debt financings, restructurings and recapitalizations and general corporate matters.

- the leveraged buyout of a leading publisher of business-to-business magazines, tabloids, newsletters and online resources in the health and safety, industrial hygiene, ergonomic, environmental, healthcare, security, home technology and water & wastewater industries
