His experience in state and federal courts includes real estate litigation, FELA litigation, intellectual property litigation, commercial disputes, construction law claims, and personal injury litigation. He has presented to a variety of groups about construction law issues and the new electronic discovery rules.
Matt graduated from Carnegie-Mellon University and received his law degree, magna cum laude, from Washington and Lee University, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, an honor society, and a staff writer for the Law Review.
