His practice also involves general corporate matters, including corporate governance and drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts.
Matt represents for-profit and nonprofit organizations and both public and privately held companies in various commercial contexts, including manufacturing agreements, sales agent agreements, distributor agreements, supply agreements and licensing agreements.
In his spare time, Matt serves as an adjunct professor at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. Additionally, Matt is a member of the board of directors of the Columbus Marathon where he also holds the offices of Secretary and Chief Legal Officer.
