Matthew Petrosino’s practice focuses on large-scale complex construction transactions. He advises owners and developers on the construction of domestic and international energy projects and commercial developments, including petrochemical plants, liquefied natural gas (LNG) facilities, pipelines, and state-of-the-art commercial projects.
Matthew has negotiated and advised clients on an array of construction-related agreements, including EPC, construction management, contractor, architectural, engineering, professional services, consulting, technology licensing, supply, and pre-construction.
Matthew’s transaction and litigation experience provides clients with a practical, commercial driven approach to achieving project-related goals. Before joining the Houston office of King & Spalding, Matthew was a construction attorney in New York and represented owners and developers on marquee construction projects.
Matthew has also represented clients in construction litigation matters before federal and state courts in New York, as well as in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
