Matthew David Warner is a Senior Associate at Carpenter & Schumacher, P.C. licensed to practice law in 2002. With over 15 years of experience, Matthew’s practice includes considerable experience successfully representing insurers across a broad range of property subrogation matters.
While he is skilled at negotiating favorable pretrial settlements for his clients, Matthew is also an accomplished litigator, with extensive trial experience in three different states.
Matthew has been a speaker at the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) Annual Conference, and published in The Subrogator.
A native of Western New York, Mr. Warner earned his J.D. from Capital University Law School and his B.A in Political Science from State University of New York at Fredonia. He is admitted to the state bars of Texas, Ohio, and Indiana.
