Maura Winters

Maura L. Winters is an associate in Cozen O’Connor’s commercial litigation and labor and employment practice groups. Maura is a member of the Pennsylvania bar and the Florida bar. She has successfully resolved cases in the early stages of litigation through pre-trial, dispositive motions. Maura’s representative experience encompasses a variety of substantive areas such as:

Health Law: Maura has handled litigation involving health care entities and health care regulations, with a particular focus on long-term care providers, such as nursing homes.

Construction Law: Maura has represented contractors, subcontractors, architects, and other design professional in multi-million dollar construction defect lawsuits.

Employment Law: Maura has represented employers in class action and individual lawsuits or EEOC matters involving claims, including, but not limited to: Title VII, FMLA, FLSA, ADA, and ADEA.
