Maureen O’Connor Sullivan is the administrative partner of the Lafayette and New Orleans offices of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Bad Faith Litigation Practice. She has over 30 years of experience in complex civil litigation and business law.
She maintains a varied trial practice and client-base and handles first and third party insurance coverage matters and extra contractual claims against insurers; maritime personal injury and property damage, including Jones Act claims; maritime and offshore energy coverage and indemnity disputes; construction claims and litigation; product liability including mass tort claims; professional liability including architects, engineers, attorneys and corporate management; environmental liability including personal injury and property damage and coverage therefor; and high exposure commercial transportation litigation.
