Maureen Orth Moeder

Maureen Orth Moeder concentrates her practice in complex commercial litigation and product liability matters. She handles all aspects of pre-trial litigation, including motion practice and research.

As a former law clerk for the Honorable Daniel D. Crabtree, U.S. District Judge for the District of Kansas, and the Honorable Mary H. Murguia, U.S. Circuit Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, Maureen is familiar with all aspects of litigation and appeals in federal courts.
