Maury Riggan focuses her practice on government and internal investigations and crisis management assistance. She has represented major corporations and individuals in a variety of criminal, civil and congressional matters, including matters before the Department of Justice and various committees of the US Congress.
She also has extensive experience advising clients on matters related to cybersecurity and data privacy. Her experience includes coordinating data breach investigations involving personally identifiable information and payment card data, including PCI DSS forensic investigations, for clients in the retail, professional services and technology industries.
Her experience also includes conducting internal investigations for defense contractors, including multiple agency investigations in connection with cybersecurity and the leak of classified information.
While pursuing her legal education, Ms. Riggan served as a legal intern in the Executive Office of Immigration Review at the US Department of Justice.
