Max Bernstein counsels and represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters arising under both state and federal laws. Before joining Littler, Max clerked for the Hon. Faustino J. Fernandez-Vina of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
He was also a summer associate in the labor and employee relations group of a large Philadelphia based corporation, working with in-house attorneys to analyze and address a wide range of issues related to the company’s labor and employment policies.
Max interned for the Hon. Ann Marie Donio, United States Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey, as well. During law school, Max competed in the Hon. James Hunter III Moot Court, winning both the oral argument competition and an award for best brief, and served as a senior editor on the Rutgers University Law Review.
