He has the experience of handling sensitive internal investigations. He has also successfully handled investigations related to government and regulatory inquiries concerning the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, corporate compliance issues, and drug reimbursement & marketing issues.
He completed BS in Health Planning and Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the Northwestern University School of Law.
He has secured admission to the state bars of both California and Illinois. He has the permission to practice law before the Supreme Court of the United States, all State Courts of California, all District Courts of California.
