Meagan Roach concentrates her practice on commercial litigation and employment law. She represents businesses and individuals in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies, and is admitted to practice in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Prior to joining Buchanan, Meagan served as a litigation associate with a boutique law firm in Tysons Corner, Virginia, where her practice focused primarily on civil litigation. In that capacity, she also served as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Fairfax, Virginia and prosecuted traffic and misdemeanor offenses as a Deputy Town Attorney for the Town of Vienna, Virginia.
While in law school, Meagan interned with the Honorable LeRoy F. Millette, Jr. (Ret.) of the Supreme Court of Virginia and the Honorable Tommy E. Miller (Ret.) of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
Meagan emphasizes establishing a strong client relationship. She enthusiastically approaches each matter with acute attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to serving each client’s particular needs.
