Dishonest Lawyer
I hired this lawyer thinking she had experience and was prepared to do appellate actions. She misrepresented herself as being capable to do appellate actions. Also, after having paid her thinking she was on the case, about 1.5 months go by only to find out that she never filed a notice of counsel on the case which caused me great trouble thinking that she was representing me. Also charged around $400 for literally a 3 sentence letter to the pro se petitioner. Once she had her money she never returned a phone call to the best of my knowledge. I would not recommend this attorney.
