Meaghan G. Lane provides support on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance and disclosure obligations, and debt and equity financing. Meg performs due diligence reviews, assists in drafting and reviewing contracts, and prepares closing documents for corporate clients.
While in law school, Meg served as a legal extern in the University of Pennsylvania Department of Athletics and as a judicial intern for the Hon. Frederick J. Scullin, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. She was also a teaching assistant in Villanova’s Legal Writing Program and a summer associate at Drinker Biddle in 2017.
