Megan E. Diffenderfer joined Stoll Keenon Ogden’s Louisville office in 2018 after previously serving as a Summer Associate. She is an Associate with the firm’s Business Litigation practice group.
Megan brings extensive writing, research and critical thinking skills to SKO from her previous experience as a law clerk for the Honorable Thomas B. Russell, Senior District Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky.
During her two-year clerkship, she drafted numerous legal decisions and assisted with several complex trials. A passionate oral advocate, Megan competed on multiple moot court teams as a student at the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law.
In 2016, she was part of a team that won the championship title in a national moot court competition. Megan went on to earn her J.D. from UofL in 2016, where she graduated first in her class.
Business Litigation: Megan works with small and large businesses on a variety of matters in the courtroom and boardroom, in Louisville and throughout Kentucky. A litigator who’s highly committed to SKO’s mission of building strong client relationships, Megan works in close communication with clients at each stage of the case process, from initial discoveries to hearings and trials.
