
Megan E. Whitehill is an Associate in the New York office of Buckley Sandler LLP, where she represents corporate and individual clients in a wide range of enforcement and litigation matters, as well as internal investigations.
Prior to joining Buckley Sandler, Ms. Whitehill was a litigation Associate at an AmLaw 200 law firm, where she focused on Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) enforcement matters as well as commercial litigation matters.
Ms. Whitehill received her J.D. from Temple University in 2013 (magna cum laude, Order of the Coif). During law school, she was a member of the Temple Law Review and a judicial intern for the Honorable Elizabeth T. Hey, U.S. Magistrate Judge, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Whitehill received her B.A. from Villanova University in 2010 (cum laude).
