Megan Quinn is an employment litigator in the Firm’s Atlanta office. Ms. Quinn helps defend companies against allegations of civil rights and employment law violations. She also drafts and revises employee handbooks, policies, and procedures and counsels companies on how to comply with various state and federal employment statutes, such as the WARN Act, ADA, Title VII, and FLSA, in order to avoid litigation.
Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Ms. Quinn worked as a staff attorney at the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals where she handled appeals pertaining to a wide variety of legal topics, including the Armed Career Criminal Act, applications for asylum, and habeas corpus petitions.
