Megan Vallerie

Megan Vallerie is senior counsel in the New York office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Her experience includes a broad range of commercial real estate and finance transactions, including, the acquisition and disposition of all types of commercial properties and representing both lenders and borrowers in connection with complex real estate financings.

Ms. Vallerie has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate finance, representing capital markets lenders, traditional banks and other lenders in the origination, restructuring, participation, purchase and sale of commercial real estate loans, including mortgage, mezzanine, bridge and construction loans.

Her practice also includes representing clients making indirect investments in commercial real estate through joint venture and preferred equity arrangements.
