Meghan Foyle works in the firm’s Corporate section in the Pittsburgh office. Her practice focuses on a wide range of corporate matters, including commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance and general corporate governance. Prior to joining Buchanan, Meghan worked as a state and local tax editor at Bloomberg BNA, where she updated legal content as it pertains to tax law.
She also participated in the production of Bloomberg BNA’s Multistate Tax Report. During law school, she was a law clerk at a local Pittsburgh firm, where she assisted with reporting corporate structure change disclosures to numerous state alcoholic beverage commissions for corporate entities.
Meghan also worked as a certified legal intern at the University of Pittsburgh’s Civil Practice Clinic, where she drafted estate planning documents for clients, and was also a summer law clerk at a local firm, where she drafted memoranda of law on labor and employment issues. Focused ability to solve clients’ problems in a collaborative and efficient manner. Meghan is dedicated to working with clients and providing attentive counsel.
