
Melissa Aldape is an associate attorney with The Gonzalez Law Group, PLLC, currently practicing Family Law. She is passionate about advocating for clients on a daily basis. During her tenure with The Gonzalez Law Group, Ms. Aldapes has gained experience in both mediation and litigation and takes pride in the results achieved for our clients.
Ms. Aldape was previously employed with Rosas & Suerken, PLLC as an associate attorney. There, she gained several years of experience practicing employment-based immigration, including O and P visas, E-2 visas, L-1A visas, EB-13 visas, and EB-5 visas. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston University and a Juris Doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.
She has been authorized to practice law by the Supreme Court of Texas. During her time at Loyola, Ms. Aldapes served as Vice President of the Trial Advocacy program. Further, she was a Student Practitioner at the Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic, where she assisted clients in various areas of children’s rights, including Special Immigrant Juvenile cases.
