Melissa Bordeaux is an Associate at Fragomen’s Boston office. She has experience representing foreign nationals and employers in a wide range of business and family related immigration matters, including developing case strategies and filing E-3, H-1B, K-1, L-1, O-1 and TN nonimmigrant visa petitions with USCIS.
