Melissa V. Hollatz is a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she practices corporate and securities law, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. She focuses on public and private company corporate representation and corporate governance, with an emphasis on technology companies.
Melissa has extensive transactional experience, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, tender and exchange offers, venture capital financings, and other strategic transactions.
Melissa is currently co-chair of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee and is on the board of directors of Next Door Solutions to Domestic Violence, Project Happiness, and The Horse Park at Woodside.
