Melissa López Rogers is a Public Finance Attorney at Greenberg Traurig where she focuses her practice in the area of public finance, with a particular emphasis on disclosure and municipal securities issues, public-private partnerships, among others.
Melissa has handled several Public and Private financing matters where she served as counsel to underwriters, trustees, purchasers and creditors and a disclosure and bond counsel. Her practice has cut across a wide spectrum of sectors, including government, airports, higher education, and government agencies and corporations.
Melissa’s career has been forged by her 10 years of solid experience in public finance as a paralegal, administrative manager, and law clerk. Melissa attended the University of Central Florida where she obtained her B.A., in 2009. She proceeded to Arizona Summit Law School (J.D.) in 2012. She was Staff Editor, Phoenix Law
Melissa was the Founder and President of the American Constitution Society, Student Chapter at Arizona Summit Law School and was a recipient, Arizona Summit Law School Academic Merit Scholarship
