Melissa Siegel is an associate in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where her practice involves the representation of emerging companies, UK and European technology and growth companies, boards of directors, committees, lenders, and borrowers in numerous areas, including general corporate representation, U.S. launch and expansion, corporate reorganization strategies, corporate governance and fiduciary duties, and financing matters.
Melissa is also part of WSGR’s U.S. expansion practice, which focuses on advising UK and other non-U.S. technology and life sciences companies through their U.S. life cycle: U.S. launch, expansion, commercial contracts, fundraising, M&A, and IPO.
