Meredith Gage is an associate in the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group. Her practice focuses on the design and ongoing compliance of qualified and nonqualified deferred compensation plans as well as health and welfare plans for both employers and service providers.
She also provides advice on a variety of employee benefits matters, including executive compensation matters, arising in mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Gage received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she served on the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law.
She also holds a Master of Bioethics from the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine and wrote her thesis on information hierarchies in the state-based Health Insurance Marketplaces. She completed her undergraduate work at the University of Chicago with honors.
