
Methawee (Mae) Manupipatpong is an associate in Alston & Bird’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group with a particular interest in environmental law. Before joining Alston & Bird, Mae earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley where she won a top oralist award at the Jeffrey G. Miller Pace National Environmental Law Moot Court and was the publishing editor and articles editor for the Ecology Law Quarterly.
While in law school, she clerked and interned in a number of roles related to environmental law, including volunteer at the Environmental Law Clinic, research assistant to the executive director at the University Center for Law, Energy & the Environment, and project leader in the Karuk-UC Berkeley Collaborative. Before law school, Mae also served as a public interest intern in the Office of the Attorney General in Washington, D.C.
