Micah D. Stein is a Litigation & Dispute Resolution associate in Mayer Brown’s Washington DC office who focuses his practice on antitrust and complex commercial litigation. Micah has been involved in all substantive aspects of litigation, including drafting and responding to complaints, drafting dispositive motions, planning and executing discovery strategies, taking and defending depositions, and working with expert witnesses.
Micah is a graduate of Harvard Law School, where he served as an Executive Editor for the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. During law school, Micah worked as a Teaching Fellow in the Harvard University Department of Economics and as a teaching assistant to Professor Greg Mankiw.
In 2015, he received the Derek Bok Certificate of Distinction in Teaching and was named one of five finalists for the university-wide Levenson Teaching Prize. Prior to attending law school, Micah served in the 92nd “Samson” Infantry Brigade of the Israeli Defense Forces.
