
Michael practices primarily in the area of complex commercial and business litigation, where he represents clients in disputes involving general franchise and petroleum marketing issues, contracts, business torts, fiduciary duties, and CUTPA claims.
Michael also has experience representing clients as plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury actions and advocating for clients in landlord-tenant disputes. He represents clients in federal and state courts, at the trial and appellate levels.
Prior to joining the firm, Mike served as a judicial law clerk to both the Hon. Christine E. Keller and the Hon. Carmen E. Espinosa at the Connecticut Appellate Court.
Before that, Michael was a Summer Associate at Shipman & Goodwin. While in law school, he served as the CONNtemplations Editor for Volume 44 of the Connecticut Law Review.
