Michael Lincoln grew up in a military family and, like most, was stationed at various bases throughout the country and overseas before finally settling in Arizona.
He stayed close to home and attended the University of Arizona for his undergraduate studies, before venturing out to California for law school, where he graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2003.
Shortly thereafter, he moved back to Arizona, where he began his legal career and gained valuable courtroom experience as a juvenile public defender.
Mr. Lincoln transitioned into private practice in 2010, and since then has focused his practice almost exclusively on family law, divorce and child custody issues. He brings a reasoned and compassionate approach to his cases, and is sensitive to the emotional stress often involved in family matters.
With over a decade of combined experience as a litigator, he is also well equipped to handle contentious disputes when necessary. When not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, running and hiking. He is also an avid sports fan – especially when it comes to his favorite teams, the San Francisco 49ers,
San Francisco Giants, San Antonio Spurs, and the University of Arizona football and basketball teams (“Bear Down”). When time allows, Mr. Lincoln also enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering his time with Wills for Heroes and the Family Law Assistance Program.
