
Michael C. Baker is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson. Mr. Baker represents clients in the financial services, technology, aerospace and defense, and hospitality and gaming industries in complex commercial litigation matters, crisis management and internal corporate investigations.
Mr. Baker is also deeply involved in Munger, Tolles & Olson’s efforts to promote diversity and inclusion in the legal profession. He is an active member of the firm’s Diversity, Recruiting and MTO Fellows Program committees, and co-chairs the firm’s Jay Fujitani 1L Diversity Summer Program.
Mr. Baker earned his J.D. with honors from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was a contributing editor on the Michigan Law Review and served as a research assistant to Professor Vikramaditya Khanna. He earned a B.A. with distinction in public policy from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.
Before entering law school, Mr. Baker completed the Palestine and Arabic Studies program at Birzeit University in the West Bank, Palestine.
