Michael Carlin is an experienced litigator. His practice focuses on defending breach of warranty and consumer protection claims. He has also litigated employment, real estate and mortgage backed securities disputes.
During law school Michael served as an extern for the Honorable Susan N. Burke in the Fourth Judicial District of Minnesota. His academic awards include honors in legal research and writing and the dean’s list.
Before practicing law Michael served as a Judicial Administration Fellow at the Sacramento Superior Court and was also an AmeriCorps member.
