Michael Peacock was born in Palm Beach County where he stayed through college, attending Palm Beach Atlantic University obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree. He graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan with a concentration in litigation.
During his last semester at law school, he moved back to Palm Beach county and became a legal intern for the Guardian ad Litem program of Florida. His duties at GAL were to represent the best interests of children in the foster system and other abused and neglected children.
Mr. Peacock moved to Brevard County in 2012 and began working at an insurance defense firm representing insurance carriers in personal injury, property damage, and personal injury protection matters.
He joined Morgan and Morgan in 2015 focusing on personal injury litigation, using his experience as an insurance defense attorney to represent the injured against those companies.
Mr. Peacock is a member of the Florida Bar Association, Brevard County Bar Association, and Florida Young Lawyers Association. He is also an active member of the Rotary club of Indialantic and a Director of the Creative Arts Foundation of Brevard.
