Michael Delcour helms the federal motions practice, as well as the team’s courtroom presentations and other technology needs. Michael specializes in federal cases involving cyber crimes, data security breaches, computer misuse, and the forensic acquisition and use of digital evidence.
He has conducted numerous internal investigations, led cyber crime and forensic IT investigations, overseen electronic discovery efforts, and acted as the forensic IT team lead for critical incident response in the wake of data breaches. Most recently, Michael represented Platte River Networks, leading the data recovery and discovery production for the FBI and congressional investigations into Hillary Clinton’s email server.
Combined with his extensive experience in both state and federal grand jury and trial practice, he brings to cyber crime investigations the perspective of a criminal trial attorney.
