Michael Feldman is a Partner in the firm’s Litigation Department. He Joined the firm in 1992. Mr. Feldman is the Director of the Truck Accident Trial Group. Michael Feldman is Dean of the New York State Trial Lawyers Institute. He is on the Board of the Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
He is a Member of the American Association of Justice, Association of Plaintiff’s Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America, New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, National Trial Lawyers and the Bronx County Bar Association.
Mr. Feldman has lectured on Nursing home litigation, Trucking litigation, and Trial Advocacy. He has lectured at numerous Bar Associations and colleges.
Michael Feldman has been named as a Top 100 Lawyer in the State of New York by National Trial Lawyers. He has been certified as a life member of both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi- Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Mr. Feldman is an Arbitrator with the Civil Court, City of New York. Mr. Feldman is also a Veterans Administration accredited attorney.

May 2016: New York State Trial Lawyers Institute (NYSTLI) Nursing Home litigation Seminar Presenter. The seminar was designed to provide nursing home abuse attorneys with the skills and resources needed to successfully seek justice for abused and neglected nursing home residents.
June 30th 2015: New York State Trial Lawyers Institute (NYSTLI) Traumatic Brain Injury seminar, a presentation was developed to help attorneys recognize, screen and build a traumatic brain injury case utilizing the latest technology, testing, evaluations and assessments.
June 17, 2014: Partner Michael Feldman is a speaker at the New York State Trial Lawyers Institute (NYSTLI) seminar Litigating Nursing Home Cases. The comprehensive seminar covered recent developments in nursing home law including litigating assisted living claims and punitive damages under public health law section 2801(d).
