Michael Parisi is chair of the Corporate Debt Finance Team. He represents both alternative and bank lenders in debt financings, including asset-based and cash-flow lending transactions.
He advises clients in syndicated, club, and bilateral leveraged finance transactions and has extensive experience in acquisition financing, cross-border financing, debt restructuring, debt subordination, and intercreditor issues.
He has specific industry experience in health care, media, communications, technology, marine services, retail, and manufacturing. Mike served as clerk to Judge Ginny Granade of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Alabama from 2005 to 2007.
He graduated with honors from Emory University School of Law, where he acted as the executive articles editor for the Emory International Law Review.
