Michael C. Godino is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice in the Los Angeles office. His practice focuses on entertainment and media litigation, and also includes general commercial and insurance litigation.
Michael has substantial experience in all aspects of state and federal litigation, including drafting and arguing dispositive motions, taking and defending key depositions, managing complex large-scale discovery, and preparing cases for trial or negotiating favorable settlements to avoid trial.
Prior to joining Venable, Michael worked at an international law firm, and also served as a law clerk to the Honorable R. Gary Klausner, U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. While in law school, Michael served as an extern for the Honorable Richard M. Aronson of the California Court of Appeal.
