
Michael W. Gramer is an associate in the Litigation Group. Mr. Gramer joined Debevoise in 2017. From 2012 – 2013, he clerked for the Honorable Paul G. Gardephe, United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. From 2014 – 2016, Mr. Gramer was a litigation associate at an international law firm in New York working on a variety of white collar and general commercial litigation matters. Mr. Gramer was previously an Associate General Counsel at McKinsey & Company where he was responsible for client-related investigation, arbitration and litigation matters.
Mr. Gramer received a J.D. from the University of Texas School of law in 2012, and B.A. summa cum laude from Stony Brook University in 2004, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
Mr. Gramer is a member of the Bar of New York. He is also admitted to appear before the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Gramer is also a member of the Federal Bar Council and the Federal Bar Council Inn of Court.
