
Michael Perry is a shareholder and current President of the Board of Directors for Fraser Trebilcock.
Mike has over 35 years of environmental and litigation experience. He recently spearheaded a case in front of the Michigan State Supreme Court that was the first of its kind in Michigan. Outside of the court room, Mike serves on the Environmental Litigation Committee with the American Bar Association, is a Fellow of the Michigan State Bar Foundation, and a member of the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel.
Mike’s litigation practice has included antitrust and business matters in which he has served as lead counsel and in some instances as co-counsel on the economic damages aspects of the claims. His environmental and litigation practice also includes the defense and prosecution of class actions.
