Mike Donohue focuses on patents, with an emphasis on telecommunications, electrical, computer hardware and software, nanotechnology, mechanical, and biomedical patent matters. He counsels clients in portfolio analysis and strategic planning, and in patentability, and provides validity and infringement opinions. Mike regularly assists clients in patent and technology licensing and acquisitions, and is a frequent lecturer on patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property subjects.
