Michael John Eyre

Attorney Michael J. Eyre practices law in Long Beach and throughout Los Angeles County in the areas of personal injury, real estate and business litigation. In more than 30 years of legal practice, Mr. Eyre has handled nearly every phase of litigation, from client intake, legal research, and motion drafting through trial, post-trial motions and appeals.

Mr. Eyre’s areas of expertise encompass general civil litigation, business litigation, insurance defense, real estate, and personal injury matters, including products liability, automobile and truck accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, and industrial accidents.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Eyre shares his litigation expertise as an Adjunct Professor, teaching Litigation Procedures and Practice, Tort Law, Contract Law and Civil Procedure in the Business Division’s Paralegal Studies program at Mt. San Antonio College, where he also sits on the Advisory Board to the Paralegal Studies Program and volunteers as a Mock Trial Coach.
