backstabbing and incompetence
This lawyer will throw you under the bus. Our case was closed because he filed for settlement even though we didn’t agree to a settlement. Extremely poor representation. Opposing counsel takes advantage of him as he’s afraid and tries to squeeze the last bit of money out of his clients for personal gain without contributing any effort. He’s also extremely rude and provides poor excuses to justify his actions. Difficult to get a hold of, and incompetent. He also appears to be a mediation lawyer, not a trial lawyer.
Horrible experience.
