Michael Mandell focuses his practice on complex product liability litigation and has experience representing clients in the medical device, pharmaceutical and consumer products industries. He has extensive law and motion practice experience in both federal and state courts.
Michael is part of a team of lawyers that represent a major global medical device company in national consumer product liability litigation of more than 22,000 cases. He also is a member of a trial team representing clients in asbestos/talc litigation where he handles individual cases and helps manage litigation-wide discovery issues.
Recently, Michael has played an active role on a team defending a large pharmaceutical client against medical injury claims regarding a leading brand of consumer products.
