Michael Mantovani

Michael V. Mantovani is an associate in the Phoenix office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Medical Malpractice Department. In law school, he served as a Senior Director of Externals for St. John’s Moot Court Honor Society and as a Senior Staff Member for the New York International Law Review. As a member of the Moot Court Honor Society he competed at various national moot court competitions.

Mr. Mantovani has extensive experience in handling medical negligence cases for doctors, hospitals and nursing homes, including drafting initial pleadings, discovery, motions, conducting and defending depositions, and preparing motions in limine, trial memoranda, jury instructions, post-trial motions, and appellate briefs.
